Good food is simply part of a holiday on our orchard in South Tyrol. Depending on the season, you can enjoy our tasty fruit, vegetables and herbs from our garden. For breakfast, enjoy delicious jams and fresh eggs from our free-range chickens. You can also look forward to freshly baked bread rolls every morning if you let us know by 6 p.m. the day before. The apple juice from the surrounding area is a real treat and can be bought directly from the small sales corner of the lounge. Here you will also find exquisite wines from the Girlan winery, some of which are made from our grapes.

Viticulture in Girlan/Eppan – Our passion for wine
The wines from the south of South Tyrol are valued far beyond the borders of the country. The climate, location and soil along the South Tyrol Wine Road create the perfect conditions for legendary wines, which have been cultivated here for more than 2,000 years. And you live on our orchard in Eppan in the heart of this beautiful and largest wine-growing region in the country. Viticulture has always played a major role for our family. Grapes for numerous wines ripen in our vineyards and are processed in the Girlan winery. These include the white wines Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon, Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer, as well as the red wine variety Pinot Noir.
