- Prices are per apartment per day for a minimum stay of 5 nights, with an occupancy of 2 or 4 people (for the 3rd person, we charge €5 per day).
- *During holiday periods, we rent our apartments exclusively for full weeks, with Saturday as the arrival and departure day, to guarantee you a relaxed and undisturbed holiday.
- For stays shorter than 5 days, we charge a surcharge of €40.
- Children aged 0-3 stay with us for free. Infant equipment (cot and high chair) is available free of charge upon request.
- The price includes: bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, bread roll service (if desired), and final cleaning.
- In addition to the stated price, a local tax of €2.50 per person per day (from 14 years) will be added.

Free entry to around 90 museums, castles, fortresses, and collections. These include the South Tyrol Museum of Archaeology with Ötzi, the Messner Mountain Museums, Runkelstein Castle, and many more.

Booking Conditions
Upon receipt of the down payment of €200 per week and the booking confirmation, the booking is considered binding. We only accept bookings in writing.

Payment
We kindly ask you to pay the invoice for your stay on site the evening before or morning of your departure. We accept the following payment methods: cash, bank transfer, and non-transferable check.
Arrival and Departure
On your arrival day, your booked apartment will be available from 3 PM. If you arrive later than 6 PM, please inform us. On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 AM.
Cancellation & Travel Insurance
- You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
- From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 3 days of the travel price.
- Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price.

South Tyrol Guest Pass - Information
- Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the guest will be issued the South Tyrol Alto Adige Guest Pass (hereinafter referred to as Guest Pass), which, according to Resolution No. 732/2022 of the South Tyrolean Provincial Government, is valid for the entire duration of their stay, from 0:00 AM on the day of arrival until 12:00 AM on the day of departure.
- The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the Südtirolmobil network area, as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
- The sole South Tyrolean provider of the Guest Pass is the Mobility Consortium, which was appointed as the central coordinating body on 2022-11-16 by the Provincial Association of South Tyrolean Tourism Organizations (LTS) in accordance with the aforementioned Provincial Government Resolution. The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass, as well as the terms of use for the Guest Pass, are determined by the third party commissioned with the issuance and administration of the Guest Pass.
